Position:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our team on a remote basis. Ideal candidate would work seamlessly with our ui/ux designers and developers to contribute 2d and 3d motion graphics to our web and app projects.
Experience preferred:
1-3 years
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for various digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and video advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate our clients' messages and brand identities.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver projects that exceed their expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a motion graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and animation techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning animations.
