CONCEPT "GENUINE"
Following the acquisition of the Wakoopa company in 2014 (a major player in online behavioral research), Netquest has innovated, providing quality online declarative data and became specialist in get the consumer behavioral data through its advanced technology. We intensified Netquest's image as the authority to deliver the genuine consumer opinion through a campaign for the global research market via email marketing, social media, content offer, targeted magazine advertising, press release and events.

The "Genuine" campaign achieved results beyond expectations. We started to use the claim "Genuine data" in all communications with the goal of positioning Netquest as its official provider of 100% authentic data.
REBRANDING
In 2017 Netquest debuts a new look: modern, dynamic and functional. The brand bet on the offer of inbound content, SEO and SEM strategy to expand its possibilities. Besides the new visual identity, they migrated the site to a new server. I participated in the entire project: define strategy, migration, content production, implementation and launch of the new website, supporting the marketing team.
INTERNATIONAL EVENTS
Event management was one of my main activities at Netquest. I organised more than 20 international events focusing on Latin America, mainly in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina. I was in charge of planning, quoting, purchasing and coordinating the installation of stands, brochures, promotional materials and sharing all the content of the events in several online channels.
"Be genuine" is part of the company's DNA and it's extremely important to convey this concept to customers and the research industry therefore all promotional gifts and actions have been thought to offer a genuine local experience, according to the venue of the event. Take a look at at some useful, creative and authentic giveaways we have made: "Alebrijes" (Mexican handicrafts), "Caipirinha" (Brazilian drink) and "Chery Confort" (New Orleans Whiskey).
My work with events wasn't limited to corporate events. I managed some "cocktail-parties" for more than 200 people with the medium and high executive profile in different Latin America countries. Some of my key responsibilities were: define the concept of the event, hire suppliers, venue, catering, DJ, lighting, audio-visual, budget control and payments.

Below I share a video of the cocktail party I organised during the Esomar Latam Conference in Mexico. The party was held in an incredible museum, where we offered a guided tour, typical foods, local music and special attractions, such as the "alebrije's dance" and the joy of the "mariachis", providing a genuine and unforgettable experience for the guests.

IMPORTANT EVENTS & ASSOCIATIONS
Here are some of the main associations and events related to market research I, actively or passively, participated during my journey working at Netquest.
INBOUND CONTENT, FORMS & WORKFLOWS
The implementation of online CRM (more than 12,000 contacts), creation of forms and workflows throughout the site (3 languages and all the landing pages) were some of the automation and inbound marketing projects that I led.
Daily I tracked the status of marketing actions, optimising campaigns to get a better conversion rate and understand the real need and interest of customers to deliver truly useful content.

In this image bellow you can see this flow chart: Content offer at the home page> Landing page + Contact form + CTA> Thank you page + content offer available to download (Also, that content will be sent by email). I create the whole automation using the Hubspot Software, where I tracked all the performance in real time.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Relevant content development for the market research sector in 3 languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese) on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, attracting new customers and offering content offers. Twitter was the most effective tool, especially to promoted events that we participated in real time.
SOME BLOG ARTICLES
Thinking about improving the relationship with blog readers and subscribers of the newsletter, I wrote a few posts in the corporate blog with some current issues, worrying about offering content of interest, quality and also SEO strategies to improve the online positioning.
