For a conversational design assignment, my team and I designed a conversational chatbot to help Singaporeans book and manage their vaccine appointments, using Google Dialogflow. You can try out the chatbot here!  https://t.me/DpdsCa3Group1_Bot 

We wanted this bot to be conversational so we made use of fallback intents, in case the user types something that the bot does not understand, the bot is able to attempt to understand the user instead of immediately giving up.

The user is able to book a vaccine appointment, check their booking, and learn more about what type of vaccine they should take.

Process : I researched on the types of vaccines and what are the common questions people might ask about regarding covid vaccines. With the information, i worked with others to create a chatbot that can provide more information about the available vaccines and schedule vaccination appointments for the user.
